Remarkable Administrative Assistant Wanted

We are pleased to report that our company is thriving!  As a result, our team of A+ players is looking for an A+ Administrative Assistant to join our small, dynamic real estate firm.  Your real title will be Director of First Impressions, and your mission will be to support our current Assistants' roles in taking exceptional care of our clients, and to make anyone who interacts with the Sold By An Angel Real Estate® brand feel fantastic!

We represent our clients in the home buying and selling process.  Sold By An Angel Real Estate® provides Premium Red Carpet Service building lifetime relationships with our clients.  We represent our clients with Integrity, Passion, Knowledge, and Synergy.  Our clients can always depend on us to provide consistent service earning us the privilege to receive referrals of their family and friends.

You are the A+ Assistant we are looking for if you are:

  • Positive and friendly
  • Polished and professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Dependable and Punctual
  • Accurate
  • Able to carefully follow written instructions 
  • Consistent in utilizing correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Computer savvy with demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

As our Director of First Impressions, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Have a high level of client and professional contact via phone and in person
  • Provide clerical support to Broker and Associates
  • Use office and industry computer applications 
  • Schedule appointments
  • Client service, care, and follow up
  • Prepare client correspondence
  • Scan and file
  • Data entry
  • Light office cleaning 
  • Deliveries and errands

The Details:

  • Hours: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in North Salt Lake
  • Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
  • No Benefits
  • Must have reliable transportation and drivers license
  • We perform a background check and drug screening on all potential candidates
  • No telephone calls, please
  • No employment agencies, please
